Use the same lighting and exposure on both images of a specimen and you can easily create a stereophoto in just a few minutes on the computer. I made the stereophotos shown on these pages in less than 20 minutes on the computer and was just working at a normal pace.

| Step 1: Mount the pens to the back of the platform. |

Step 2: Set exposure using grey card. Align the axis of the camera with the axis of the platform, and the axis of the specimen. Take photo 1. |

Step 3: Carefully tilt platform and add weight. Take photo 2.

Step 4: Load images on computer and cut and paste into one image. Align vertically. Separate axes of images to 60-65 mm at size for publication. |
