Information for Preparation

The goal of this site is to centralize the tremendous knowledge base that exists in the fossil prep community, and provide a resource for newer preparators,volunteers, and students who don't have ready access to experienced prep staff, new tools or large budgets. There are lots of folks out there with many years of experience, and I want to hear from you. Take some time, and some pictures, and put your thoughts down at the keyboard. Email me at matt@fossilprep.org and I'll get it together for the site. Tools, chemicals, techniques that you like, reviews of new products, past talks or posters, a profile of your work, whatever you can think of.
